Do I need to join the Virtual Queue for Pass attractions?
A virtual queue is in place for select attractions. Guests must visit area15.com/queue to join a virtual queue. Guests must have a valid ticket or Experience Pass for the attraction whose queue they are joining. Guests are permitted to join one virtual queue at a time and may enter the queue for a specific attraction no more than once per day. Guests may enjoy attractions with in-person queueing while they wait for their virtual queue reservation to be called.
Virtual queue capacity is limited, subject to availability, and does not guarantee a guest will be able to experience the attraction. Attraction availability is subject to change or closure without notice. It is possible that guests in the virtual queue may not get to experience the attraction.
Can I get my money back if I don’t do all experiences included in my Pass?
Passes are available at a fixed (and discounted!) price, regardless of whether one or all experiences are completed. All visitors must meet rider requirements. No discounts or refunds will be offered if a rider is denied entry due to safety restrictions and/or experience closure. All sales are final and full terms of purchase can be found here.
