AREA15 is seeking a dynamic and experienced retail professional for the General Manager position to lead the company retail department. This individual will be have full P&L responsibility, and be responsible for operations and management of AREA15’s retail team. Solution and process driven; the position require excellent analytical and empathetical skills with a passion for retail merchandising, management, and operations. The GM of Retail will directly report to the COO.

A Hostess/Host is responsible for ensuring excellent visitor service standards. The Model Lounge Bartender should have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of bartending from fundamentals to crafting drinks. This position is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Division within the Food & Beverage department to ensure all outlets are providing excellent visitor service standards while staying in compliance with all applicable SNHD requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast paced, high-energy environment and can demonstrate strong communicative skills and collaborate well with others. The Restaurant Operations Manager should have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Food & Beverage operations and be able to share and teach others the knowledge they have obtained through strong leadership and professional guidance. This position will have direct oversight over quick service food venues, such as a Sushi Hand Roll Bar, a Coffee shop, and a Soft Serve & Boba concept shop. This position is exempt from overtime.

This position is responsible for supporting the Bars & Lounges Division of the Food & Beverage department to ensure all outlets are providing excellent visitor service standards while staying in compliance with all applicable SNHD requirements. The overall execution and coordination within the bar and lounge area between supporting departments is the responsibility of the F&B Operations team. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast paced, high-energy environment and can demonstrate strong communicative skills and collaborate well with others. The Operations Manager | Bars & Lounges should have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Food & Beverage operations and be able to share and teach others the knowledge they have obtained through strong leadership and professional guidance. Stewards are responsible for ensuring all areas are always clean and workable by upholding health code standards. scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware, service ware and miscellaneous items and washing them by hand and/or the dishwashing machine.
