When can a kiosk vendor set up?

A kiosk vendor can set up no earlier than one hour before each event day starts

When does a kiosk vendor pack up and leave?

A kiosk vendor must remove all items including goods, furniture, equipment, etc. that it brought onto the property within 1 hour after the end of each event day ends.

Will Area 15 provide any utilities, electricity or water?

No, Area 15 will supply no utilities, water or electricity.

Will Area 15 provide storage before or after the end of each event day?

No Area 15 will provide no storage before or after the end of each event day.  Kiosk vendors must remove all goods, products, furniture and equipment at the end of each event day and at the end of the last day of the event.

Will Area 15 accept any other form of payment other than credit card for the license fee?

License fees should be paid by credit card.  If ACH transfer is preferred, please contact Area 15 immediately.

Will Area 15 provide restrooms?

Attendees and kiosk vendor personnel will have access to restrooms available to all visitors of AREA15.

How much does it cost to have a kiosk space for the event?

The license fee for the kiosk space is $ ______ .  Payment provides a kiosk space for all event days.

What can I sell in the kiosk space?

A kiosk vendor can sell merchandise and non-food/beverage products.  A kiosk vendor cannot sell hazardous materials, any flammables, explosives, radioactive materials, asbestos-containing materials, petroleum products, the group of organic compounds known as polychlorinated biphenyls and other hazardous waste, toxic substances or related materials, including without limitation, substances defined as hazardous substances, hazardous materials, toxic substances or solid waste, cigarettes, nicotine, cannabis, illegal items, products that create an odor, pornography, obscene or offensive materials, sex toys, unsafe materials, and any other items or products that Area 15 deems in its sole discretion to be inappropriate. 

Why are the rates higher for in state verses out of state vendors?

The increased price for out of state vendor tickets is to cover the COI and business license fees. 

How do I submit my documents required by the City of Las Vegas?

On the receipt & confirmation email from the payment portal,  please promptly send business permit and COI here: events@area15.com
