EXPERIENCE DETAILS

LIFTOFF is a slow moving observation tower style ride that elevates guests to heights exceeding 100 feet. Riders must be able to remain seated in an upright position at all times and be fully aware of their surroundings.

All guests must follow the instructions of the ride operator at all times. Guests who do not comply with the operator instructions will not be permitted to ride. Ride safety harnesses may not accommodate all body types.

LIFTOFF is weather dependent and may close without notice due to incliment conditions. Guests unable to ride because of weather will be accommodated for a future date or time.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS

  • The experience is available to guests 21 years and older with valid identification.
  • Riders must wear secure closed toe footwear. Sandals and slip on shoes are not permitted.
  • Carry-on items, including purses, backpacks and selfie sticks are not permitted.
  • Guest using mobility devices such as wheelchairs must transfer to the gondola with assistance from their party. Crew members are unable to assist with transfers.
  • Service animals are not permitted on this attraction.

Persons with the following conditions should not ride:

  • Intoxicated people, including people under the influence of drugs.
  • Fear of heights (acrophobia) leading to known incidents of panic attack or anxiety.
  • Expectant mothers.
  • Motion sickness, dizziness or vertigo.
  • Other conditions that may be aggravated by this ride.
