Breathwork is done lying down on your back in a comfortable position. It can feel challenging in the beginning.

- Don’t eat a big meal right before. A full stomach and breathwork don’t go well together. It’s best to not have anything to eat 2+ hours prior to our session, and if you must eat keep it to a small, light snack.
- Don’t consume any alcohol or mind-altering substances prior to class and hydrate well.
- Please bring your own yoga mat and/or a small pillow for comfort.
- Come to class with an open mind ready to give it your all. This self-care time is for you to let go of everything else going on in your life and be present.
