About Darius

Describing Darius’ music can be like trying to gather the infinitely large, as well as the infinitely small; or it can even feel like thinking music can be as hedonist as introspective. The electronic producer creates atmospheric house in a style similar to other French Touch artists like Cassius, Daft Punk, and Cheokee, his project with Dorian Miche. Born Terence N’guyen in Paris, the musician debuted with Velour (2012), an EP featuring the single “Maliblue,” which sampled Imagination’s “Flashback.” He followed with Romance (2014), which was released through his own label Roche Musique. Eventually, the artist unveiled his first full-length album, Utopia (2017), featuring appearances by Max Jury and Wayne Snow. Darius released OASIS (2022), presenting tracks filled with groove and soul, while retaining the electronic touch and dreamy melodies specific to his universe.
