Know Before You Go
- Children under the age of 8 are not permitted. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- One adult guardian (18+) may supervise up to three children. Minimum height: 48″.
- Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early for biometric check-in. Boarding passes may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via your confirmation email. All sales are final; missed departures are non-refundable.
- Guests with epilepsy, heart conditions, or sensitivity to strobe lighting should consult a doctor before booking.
- Fully wheelchair accessible. For additional accommodations, contact hello@interstellararc.com at least 48 hours before your visit.
Helpful Tips
- The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, including check-in and post-show leisure.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. We discourage large bags to keep the experience hands-free and immersive.
- Food and beverages are not permitted, but refreshments are available at AREA15 before or after your visit.
- You can access photos taken during the experience at interstellararc.com/signin using your check-in email after your visit.
